Coach Gdanski (Nuffer) has over 20 years of experience in dance. Throughout her years on her high school and college dance teams, she enjoyed being a part of a spirit squad and pumping up the crowd at events both home and away with sideline cheers and routines alongside the cheerleaders. Coach Gdanski has been a part of the Olathe West cheerleading coaching staff since 2019. Her vision is for every Olathe West cheerleader to walk away with lifelong friends, unforgettable memories, and a positive experience that sets the tone for the student body. She looks forward to the years ahead at Olathe West and is excited to help the team create new traditions, reach new goals, and lead through a positive example. 

Coach Gdanski teaches Anatomy & Physiology and Forensic Sciences in the Department of Public Safety at Olathe West.

Coach Keffer joins with over 20 years of cheer experience. She cheered at Northwestern University and coached for five years at Gardner Edgerton High School, followed by two years at Olathe West before taking a break to start a family. 

Coach Parker has over 14 years of experience in the cheer world. Cheering from elementary school through her senior year of high school and then stepping into the coaching side during her college years, she has enjoyed seeing all sides of cheering, from athlete to coach. Coach Parker also has experience in tumbling, gymnastics, and fitness to help the girls reach new levels of talent while also taking care of their bodies! Her level of experience and leadership grew in high school, serving as a captain for her squad and being recognized as an All-American Cheerleader four years in a row. Coach Parker’s vision for the Olathe West cheer program is to grow the program into a cheer powerhouse where each member feels loved, valued, and respected. Coach Parker believes in coaching with love to show kids that hard work, passion, giving back to teammates and relentless determination will go a long way in sports and all aspects of life.

Coach Parker teaches both Honors and On-Level English 2 at Olathe West and is also the boys' and girls' dive coach for the Olathe School District. 

Coach Bell is a resource teacher at Mission Trail Middle School. Prior to middle school, she taught elementary resources at Rolling Ridge and in the Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools. She has been in the cheer world for over 15 years. She was a cheerleader in elementary, junior high, and high school in Olathe. Coach Bell also went on to cheer for the Kansas City Brigade. Coach Bell was an assistant cheer coach at Olathe West during the 2018-2019 school year when they placed sixth at state. Coach Bell also has two state championships with Olathe gymnastics (Olathe East and Olathe North) and is entering her fourth year of coaching.
