Employee Services Department

The Employee Services Department centralizes and streamlines most employee resources and functions. Under the direction of Executive Director of Employee Services Eric Hansen, this new department will incorporate many of the key areas currently residing in the Human Resources or Business and Finance departments, including:
- Benefits
- Certification verification / licensure
- Column movement
- Compensation
- Employee forms (name change, address change, direct deposit change, etc.)
- Leaves of absence
- Payroll
- Retirement and KPERS
By bringing these services together, the Employee Services team becomes the one-stop shop for most employee-related needs once a staff member is hired and in our system. The goal of this new department is to create a more seamless, efficient experience for Olathe Public Schools staff, offering improved customer service and unified support by bringing all employee resources under one unified department.
