Volleyball is a tryout sport and is open for seventh and eighth grade girls. Each participant must have a current physical (one dated after May 1), a concussion form, a substance abuse policy form, and a transportation form on file before they can try out for a sport. These forms can be printed from the General Information page under the Athletics tab or you may pick them up in the school office.
All physical forms, concussion forms, and substance abuse forms need to be completed and submitted to the school nurse no later than Monday, Aug. 15. Students will not be able to participate without the physical forms completed. The physical must be dated after May 1.
