• Be sure you have completed a DRAFT of your responses to the three questions.
• If you are applying for Distinguished Scholars, be sure you have that additional response drafted and saved as a PDF.
• Any other files requested by Distinguished Scholars will need to be saved as a PDF or JPEG.

Once your DRAFT of the application is complete, open the online application.
Proceed through all the steps of the application.

Be sure to:

• Edit any personal information so it is correct.
• Copy and paste your drafted question responses into each text box. 
• Copy and paste your verified Teacher email addresses in the text boxes.

If you are outside the application window, you will need a PIN to enter into the online application. Please email the Four-Year Academy office with this request.
